"Complete Access and Mark Feinman are the best! They did a wonderful job making my second floor home accessible by installing a chair lift, modifying a door, and adding a grab bar last year. Mark and his workers are very professional and do a great job in a timely manner. The lift works great, and Mark and his team are very knowlegeable. They worked very well with my landlady and I. Now I don't have to struggle to get up and down the stairs. I don't have to worry about falling, or ask my neighbors to carry groceries and laundry baskets up and down the stairs. If I forget something upstairs and have to go back up, it's no big deal. I can go out whenever I want to without adding pain or fatigue. I'm more able to work and am more independent. Being able to get around and get things done with confidence is key. I have 2 surgeries coming up this month, and my doctor is very pleased to hear that I have a chair lift, since I'll be able to return home sooner to recover, rather than later.
